  This is my second time dealing with Paul at Distinctive Carpet & Tile, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. We originally bought laminate from them 4 years ago, and they steered us in the direction of a beautiful, high end product, that was still reasonable (same price through their store as what I was seeing via online discount outlets). When it was time to redo the tile floors, we went back. There is no high pressure sales tactics or push to use their installers. They provide advice and recommendations when asked, and they are super accommodating. When a change in plans caused us to need more tile in a hurry, they called the distributor and had more boxes ready for my contractor to pick up in less than a day. We wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
